Breanna Correia, 2025 Stampede Princess

Breanna Correia proudly represented her hometown of Calgary as the 2025 Calgary Stampede Princess. An avid horsewoman, she was thrilled to grow closer to the equine community within the Stampede and to ride in the iconic Calgary Stampede arena—an unforgettable experience for any princess.

Breanna is currently a student at Mount Royal University, where she is completing her Bachelor of Communications in Public Relations. She felt honoured to integrate her studies into her year as princess, gaining valuable industry skills and building meaningful connections throughout her travels.

The spirit of maintaining Western heritage and values—cultivated through her years in 4-H—was the passion that deeply connected Breanna to her community during her reign. This love of community brought her especially close to her 2025 partner, Pacey Strangling Wolf, the 2025 Calgary Stampede First Nations Princess. Together, they had the honour of equally representing the two cultures that built the Calgary Stampede into what it is today, making it the true highlight of Breanna’s year representing the Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth

For 50 years, Cindy has been a dedicated and influential part of the Calgary Stampede. Her journey began in 1976 when she was crowned Stampede Queen, an honour that marked the start of a lifelong commitment to the organization.

Following her reign, Cindy joined the Queens' Alumni Committee in 1977 and later served as Chair from 1998-2000. Under her leadership, the Giddy Up Gala was established, an event that became a hallmark of the Committee and further elevated its presence. As she remains an active member of the Queens' Alumni Committee, Cindy has played a key role in shaping the Committee's future, setting new standards and ensuring its continued success.

Cindy's passion for the Stampede is undeniable. She approaches every event with boundless energy and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Known for her warm presence and deep respect for others, she embodies the Stampede's spirit of hospitality, teamwork, and tradition.

Pacey Strangling Wolf, 2025 First Nation Princess

Oki! My name is Otsskoikitstakiakii (Blue Offering Woman), my English given name in Pacey Strangling Wolf and I am from Kainai and Siksika. My mother is Shawna Strangling Wolf and my father is Keith Bear Chief. I am a proud mother to Caspian, Henley, and Evelyn as well as a proud partner to Chad Daniels. I was recently the 2025 Calgary Stampede First Nations Princess. Throughout my reign I represented Treaty 7 and the Elbow River Camp by building relationships between First Nations and non First Nations communities. I, along side my Stampede Sister, Breanna Correia, worked together to showcase that the Calgary Stampede was built on two things: Western Heritage and Indigenous Culture. Reconciliation is something I strongly believe in and I was truly blessed with many opportunities to connect with others and share my story. Thank you all for your generous support, I will forever be grateful!
